People I Most Enjoy Working With

My husband shared this simple diagram with me and I loved it. Its obviously fun to be around people who know how to have fun, inspiring to talk to people that dream big and great to have people at work who actually get shit done. But how wonderful it is to work every day with people that do all three? How often though do we find people who dream very big but can’t actually get shit done, or do get shit done but don’t know how to have fun or have so much fun that can’t accomplish much else? Like everything else, a great place to start is with ourselves. Where do you fall in this diagram? What can you do to start gravitating towards the center of the diagram?
